How often do you backup your phone?

None of the above, I only back up when theres a new iOS or when I'm getting a new phone.
On occasion I've had to back up when there's a problem.

I back up to iCloud and let it do it automatically when it's plugged in and switched off every couple of days or so.

I might do an extra backup just before a major update, but I mainly backup just in case anything should happen to the phone.

Sometimes when l find myself going through my systems l see last back up date. The last date was June.
Thinking that can't be correct l connected to iTunes and saw a much newer update. Realised then that l update mostly to my PC. It seems l only do it before a major iOS update.
Or when l bump into the right department.

I'm backing up to iCloud automatically, every day. I'm also backing up to iTunes regularly, just in case. One of these backups (encrypted) helped recently, when I couldn't restore from an iCloud backup.

I just let my phones do the daily iCloud backups, it's automatic so I don't have to fuss with anything.
