At my wits end with6.1.3

I have scoured the internet and forums to no avail, please help.

I tried redsn0w and used 6.0 ipsw, it froze a Bunch, but completed several times, did the just boot and wha la! Nothing....no jailbreak

Next i sn0wbreeze, program ran fine, went to do shift restore and got 3194 error. So i tried to change the host, then itunes just said can't connect to server

It is a new boot 3GS. On 6.1.3

Starting to think a jailbreak is just impossible .

I did redsn0w again and got to just boot phase, it successfully finished. Booted, NO CYDIA! Turned off, powered back up, NO CYDIA. checked settings, says version 6.1.3 10b329. I dont get it, gonna try and restore on itunes and do it all over again

Restoring yielded error 2003. Trying a different cord on a different USB port.

Looks like this might work, could have been the USB port the whole time. After restore i will try reds now again
