Apps keep autoclosing

Dear technical person, I just wonder whether it's normal to the jailbroken idevice when the ram hit to a certain low point, the apps will auto close. It had been years for me to jailbreak and re-jailbreak from time to time, but the thing is, it has been always like that. But when it enters in safe mode or unjailbroken state, open as many apps as i like, it just wont auto close my apps anyway. Please advise!

If your device is tethered jailbroken, you'll need to boot tether before you can launch apps. Otherwise, make sure that your Cydia tweaks/apps are compatible with your iOS, and if you're running an older iOS, make sure the apps work on your iOS.
