Applecare+ on preowned iphone

Hi!

I bought a pre-owned IPhone 12 mini with applecare+. It warns that i have an unknown component and the previous Peter seems to have changed the screen to a non-apple product. Does this mean that the applecare+ is void?

If you’re in the United States you should still be covered by AppleCare+ for everything but the replaced screen.
Laws in other countries could differ.
