It seems that Apple has updated its iCloud.com beta site for developers, adding the ability to upload images to iCloud Photo Library for the first time, according to a recent story from MacRumors.com publication. The feature is currently available only to devs but will soon roll out to regular consumers, as well.

At the moment, the iCloud.com site allows users to view, download and delete all of their iCloud Photo Library but there is no option for the uploading of photos.

On the iCloud beta site, developers can upload JPG files only, as the site does not currently accept other image and video formats like .PNG, .MOV, .MP4, and more. Once uploaded, the files will sync instantly to all of a user's iOS devices.
