Apple OWW

Trying to find more about the Apple OWW. Can't find it on their website. I understand it is $199 to repair any phone as long as not in mulitple pieces??

Anybody used it? do you have to buy or register ahead of time?

Do you have to buy plan ahead of time or do you just sent in phone if broken and pay to have fixed.

No clue. i just have an extended warranty and if I break the screen or something I go to bigshoulderdevices.com and get a replacement... I had the Verizon insurance on it but it's $10.99 a dang month lol
