What's the difference between Apple Music Playlists and the other ones?

If you create local playlists (on your computer) and don't enable Apple Music in the settings, the playlists will only display locally on that computer.
On the other hand, if you create playlists (or even have local playlists already setup) and ENABLE Apple Music in the settings, those playlists will appear on any iTunes library that you've authorized to access your Apple Music account. Up to a maximum of 5 authorized computers.
