Anyone else get a popup stating "Security Info Required" in the App store after you put in your passord? It has never happened to me before. You shouldn't have to put in your PW twice. Thanks!

That means you haven't gone thru the new security system that helps you setup up a three question recovery/verification system.

So yes, it will ask for it twice and then take you to a new system to setup the questions.
