App Review Approval Process Shortened to 2 Days

If you've ever reviewed an app on the App Store, you already know how annoying it is that your review takes forever to actually show up. On Thursday, AppReviewTimes.com reports that Apple has significantly shortened its review approval process.

AppReviewTimes reported back in December 2014 that the average wait time for app reviews to be approved by Apple was 8.8 days. This week the website shows that the average wait time is currently no longer than 2 days, based on 332 reviews in the past 14 days.

The website is useful to developers who are eager to read reviews on their apps, in order to fix and bugs and performance issues reported by users. The shortened review approval time will definitely speed up developers when it comes to pushing out patch updates.
