I am in sales for a company that produces logo mats for businesses among other things. I'll take the business's logo, scan it, and send it off to our mat vendor. They produce a computer image proof of what the mat would look like.
Sometimes my vendor takes a least common denominator approach and doesn't put the time in to cleaning up the logo image that I would like.
So I'm looking for an app that would basically trace the outline or edges of the logo and then let me fill it in, add shadowing, do color fills, make lines thicker, etc.
Ideally I'd like something I can use on the iPhone but if there is a good Windows app I'd be interested in that too.
