Anyway to verify iTunes Capacity Meter?

In iTunes, its showing that I'm using almost 6 gigs for apps. I don't believe this to be accurate.

In usage, I have 1 app thats 2 gigs, and about 30 apps from 2-30mb

When I first backed up my phone after a restore, I lost connection and had to force close iTunes, and re-sync again. Maybe its put some of those apps on there twice or something. I really dont know but I really don't believe I have 6 gigs of apps.

Anyway to figure this out?

Not really sure... as far as verifying the accuracy of the iTunes meter. I wouldn't worry too much about it unless it's creating conflict w/ how much it's letting you put on your device. My laptop, w/ Windows 7, always tells me that my phone has 23gb of free space... and it's only a 16gb model. LOL!!
