Annoying dialog box

Every time I connect my phone I get the following message

A newer version of the app "xx" already exists in your iTunes library. Are you sure you want to replace it with the one you ate moving

Replace Cancel

It asks this for every app. I have tried clicking all replace and all cancel, but it comes up next time I connect my phone

Might be that you need to right click your phone (in iTunes) and select transfer purchases
