altstore + unc0ver jailbreak question

I recently used altstore and unc0ver to jailbreak my iphone 7+ but I'm not very familair with the altstore app as I'd never used it before.

I have a couple of questions about how it works.

First, it seems the alstore and unc0ver expire and need to be refreshed every 7 days - but to refresh them you need to connect to the computer so it can contact the altstore server. Is there any way to do this refresh away from the computer? Also is there any way to extend the time past 7 days or get it to automatically refresh?

The reason for the 7 day refresh cycle is that they use fraudulently obtained Apple Enterprise Certificates. When Apple finds out, the certificates are cancelled. When this happens the jailbreak stops working until another Enterprise certificate is obtained.
The refresh cannot be done away from the computer and cannot be extended past 7 days.

Is there is any other jailbreaking method for iOS 13 you would recommend that requires less maintenance than the alt-store one?
