Add old photos to iPhone 4

just having a problem putting my photos from my old phone onto my new iPhone. do they need re-formatting? or a special folder creating?

any help would be great, thanks in advance!

Have you gone to the Photos tab on iTunes and made sure your settings are right?

ive been to the photos tab. and tried to select the folder but it says nothing is in there?

which settings?

I am assuming you have all your photos in the Pictures file on your PC or desktop. If you have then just Select All and press the Synch button and they should com across.
