Action menu plus pack?

Is this package compatible with 4.2.1? Message says it's not tested with my firmware which is 4.2.1.

i take it you want to use celeste? if so then let me tell you it works very well on 4.3.2, you just have to install the right version. i have version 1.1.1-1

I just want the action menu. Is it safe to install it for my firmware. I don't want to update as I always run into problems updating while jail broken. I'm also waiting for unlock.

I think no one know how to get that for free here. Pay for it if you want it. As for action menu, it certainly comes with celest after you purchase it. If not find it in big bos repo.
