A little confused here......

Im having a little trouble resarching if I can unlock my 4S 6.1.2 by way of jailbreak/ ultrasn0w or a similar program. I dont need help installing just a push in the right direction if an iPhone 4s can be unlocked with ultrasn0w.

The iPhone 4S is not unlockable via ultrasn0w. Only options for the 4S is an unlock from it's original wireless provider, a paid IEMI unlock from the Internet or a SIM interposer like Gevey or Rebel.
