4S Front digitizer/lcd difference from 4G Verizon(CDMA)

Hi I repair and customize the 4G and 4s's and wanted to see if anyone knew the differences between the 4G Verizon(cdma) front display assembly, and the 4s? I know the 4s displays are compatible with any service, unlike the 4G, but I noticed that the 4S displays have the same exact 4 side posts as the 4g (cdma). What I'm trying to get at is can I buy a any 4g (gsm) display, switch the bezel to a cdma, and use it on a 4s? thanks

Actually,on. The 4G Verizon(cdma) lcd with front frame is not compatible with 4s. On difference is that there are 2 small holes in front frame but 4s has 3.

Gotta chime in here and add... first off... that there is no such thing as an iPhone "4G." There's an iPhone 4 and an iPhone 4S... neither of which have an LCD/Digitizer that are compatible w/ each other.

I think he's talking about 4 generation, not 4g network.
