Looks like you may have been trying to edit three out of 44 Apps on the original screen.
Your screenshot shows two different times, 5G and LTE, and Edit at the top right. It looks like you took the screenshot of someone else’s smartphone as wallpaper for your iPhone. That would explain “3 de 44”. It must have been part of the screenshot.
