Wipe everything clean while preserving jailbreak

I'm planning to sell my jailbroken 4s on 6.1.2 to a friend when I buy a new phone. Would manually deleting every single 3rd party apps and cydia apps and logging out of app store be enough to eliminate all the trace of mine? Is there a better and easier way to do it while preserving the jailbreak?

Delete all your user-end data and delete all your AppData as well as apps and tweaks down to the barebones of jailbreaking.

Uninstall any apps/tweaks through Cydia/App Store and then go to settings>general>reset and select reset all content and settings to erase the rest.
