Worm removal help

I have the worm which make a rick ashley image as my lockscreen. I tried removing them based on some tut found using google and its not working for me. Please help me

I don't think you have a worm.

Hav you removed the theme via cydia. Make sure to deselect it first in winterboard...

I am using iScience. I didnt have this prob till i rejailbreak using greenpois0n r5 for 4.2.1 ip4
