Wife's iPhone 4 - App Sync Greyed Out

I recently had to restore my wife's iPhone 4. After doing that, I added 3 apps successfully via iTunes. I got distracted, but about an hour later, I was able to get back to the job. I downloaded 2 additional apps to iTunes, but the apps tab for her phone in iTunes is greyed out, and will not sync.

I'm sure this is probably simple, but not sure where to start...

Do any of the other tabs have this problem also? I'm no iOS 6.0.1 and have not encountered this problem.

Same problem on my new iPad. Not sure how that works since its only on iTunes.

Thanks, everyone. Phone was updated to iOS 6.0.1... and iTunes to 10.7.0.21...

Did not notice the problem in any of the tabs other than "Apps".

However, my wife works out of town during the week, so I won't be able to check it out until this weekend...

OK. Once I got hold of the phone, I found that it was just that the phone was restricted from installing and deleting apps. It was simple (for a change.)
