Wi Fi is not switchin on

Since i updated to IOS 7 the Wi-Fi switch is misbehaving it keeps on working and not woarking. Like today i have not managed to switch it on, so i am not connected. Can anyone help to sort out this???

You could try a hard reset, this can fix many glitches, hold down your on/off button and home button at the same time until the apple appears, your phone will then reboot.

Thanks for the advice, but i am sorry to say it didnt help. I have gone further reseting network settings and switching the phonefor few minutes on Airplane Mode, but still the Wi-Fi is off and the switch on icon looks like dissabled (it is fainted). Can anyone help, i am stressed up.
