Where is the data use monitor on IOS5?

In ios4, it was easy to find and reset it at the end of the month. On IOS5, I can't find it anywhere in the settings.
Google search about this only brings up people complaining about high data use on iOS5 without saying how they are actually monitoring their use.
There are apps that do this, but there was also a built in data use monitor in iOS4. Did they remove this in iOS 5?

go to settings> general> usage> cellular usage/ (it's completely down on the "Usage page") there you find everything you are looking for.
