Where are videos on the iPhone 4?

I downloaded the entire second season of House and converted every single episode to the proper format and added all the files to iTunes. Then I synced my brand new iPhone 4 to it so I could watch all these episodes on my upcoming road trip and when it was done putting every single episode onto my iPhone I went to tap the vidoes app as I have done previously with my iPod touch (before I got my iphone), to find THERE IS NONE. Where are all those episodes?! They're taking up memory on my iPhone but how do I watch them? Is there an app like the videos app that holds them all? They aren't in the camera roll or anywhere in my photos, they're not mixed in with the videos I've taken with the camera, they just aren't there! Please help me, where are the videos?!
