When is facetime coming to ipod touch?

I just replaced my iPod touch 3rd generation for the new 4th gen and it came with face time on it as well as a camera on it. Also from what I know facetime is available on apple computers and if everything goes apple way it will soon be supported by facebook so there seems to be multiple platforms for facetime

I was actually really surprised that my nephew who has an ipod touch could do facetime with me, he can also text me, and I him which seems strange to me as he doesnt even have a carrier,. oh well cool

iPod touch 4g can FaceTime. You can also use an app called bump that sends messages, pictures etc. to other iDevices that have the app installed. The iPod uses your email address over wifi to work...
