When I open Cydia

This question may have been answered alright, so I apologize for double posting. But I want to know why does this pop up everytime when I open up Cydia? Anyone have any idea? Any answer is greatly appreciated

Because "sinfuliphonerepo" is not responding through Cydia's server. I do believe that repo hosts cracked/pirated apps... which is not allowed to be discussed here at iPF. However, I'm not 100% sure about my previous statement. So, we'll leave this thread going until we get confirmation either way.
