What's the best 10 photo apps?

I am looking for some apps to manage my thousands of photos and also want to edit my photos.

I like Snapseed and Photogene2 for editing - also use Big Lens a lot.

I also like editing with Camera+ which is also a great camera replacement.

ToonPAINT & Halftone are great too for something a bit different.

I use Superalbum because it gathers my photos from the iPhone, Facebook, Flickr, Instagram, Twitter, Picassa (etc) and shows them all in one place which is very handy.
