What is the iPhone "Routing Apps" page?

When asking Siri for directions yesterday I got this screen (see attachment) and don't know how to get it. When I selected the first entry it used google maps to route to the destination I asked for.

It only seems to come up when I search for a specific destination but I'd love to know how to get it for all direction requests. Does anyone know how to make this come up?

Siri is giving you a list of routing applications. You either have the apps already on your phone or they can be obtained from the app store.

Thank you for that information. Now how does one get her to offer that all the time? The only time I've been able to get it is when searching for 'Directions to Express Bicycles", but not when asking "Directions to Home Depot"? How do I get it to show up for the second query?
