I received a message which contains only a weblink which I believe is a scam.
I cannot delete the message or the link.

Sorry for the delay in replying. I received the message on my iPhone. It came as a text message, with only the number of the sender, which I do not recognise. I have not opened the link, which seems to be about an injury claim.

It should be possible to report the message or block the caller.
If you find „Report Junk“ below the message, tap it and report it to Apple:

If that‘s not possible, tap the little circle/picture on top to get to Info:

Tap Info (2 above), then select Info again (next screenshot):

Now select „Block This Caller“:
