It's rarely though the 'Thick heat' [emoji27] like Miami or even more northern places like 'Hot'-Lanta' or even NYC or Chicago. The breeze is very thing. Most houses don't have AC as electricity is generated by fuel oil turbines this $$. Room Fans are the beasts of burden inside. And a hot night is worse at times than a hot day because it gets still normally.

And heat 'up there' feels worse. Here it's usually breezy. Only Aug and Sept are really brutal ie 33 most afternoons. (Real temp). 'Feels Like'- up to 40 [emoji27]

I’ve experienced 35°C in pouring rain while in Japan. The rain actually felt warm. They call it hot rain.
