water damaged

My iphone 5 has been In water for few seconds it wouldn't turn on I replaced battery when pluged in charger apple logo comes on and off that's all it dose it didn't do anything while not pluged in any ideas thanks

It's probably too far damaged to save. Never turn on a phone that gets wet. You can try putting it in a bag if rice for 3 days. It might help. But you probably need another phone.
