Want to remove free downloaded Apps from both iphone 3gs and desktop computer.

Please, can I get easy to follow instructions on how to remove downloaded free Apps from both iphone 3gs
and desktop computer. Thanks much.

Just tap hold on an application until all of them start wiggling then you will see the x sing on the top left of each app, tap on that x of the app you wish to remove and they will automatically uninstalled from your iPhone. As for removing it from your computer, open up iTunes, click on "apps" in the left panel of iTunes, select the free application you do not want and hit the delete key to remove it from your computer.
