Wallpaper Tweak

I have a question I wanted to post out here. Is there any tweak that will allow me to have a custom wallpaper but not have it take up the whole screen?? Some themes will have a small box centered in the theme that allows you to set a pic but still have apps on the sides etc.

Just wondering if there was anything out there like that.

Just make your own wallpaper and have it be is big or small as you want and leave the rest of the area black or whatever color you want.
