Waiting...

For awhile now whenever I trytobipdate any of my apps it says "waiting..." how do I fix this and make the updates install?

I would close the app store then force close it in the running apps list. If that doesn't work just reboot your phone. It could also just be some hang up in the app store.

I've already tried hard reset and exiting out of apple store. Also tried logging in and out of the apple store. Nothing..

And I can't update it connected to my computer in iTunes because I backup with iCloud not my computer.

I saw that mis spell in our original question. Sometimes auto spell check makes up some strange words.
