Video is side ways when sent to me

When my wife sends me video be e-mail it is rotated to the left how can i fix this.

The video was surely recorded with a 3rd party application and while recording it the rotation lock was off in the multitask bar.
Well if you Have iMovie or camera pro plus installed in your phone, you can correct it there.
