Use Your iPhone Like a Real Skateboard with this App

Have you ever found yourself just flipping your iPhone around on a couch or bed pretending it's a skateboard? Seems like an odd thing to do but I've seen plenty of people fiddling with their iPhone this way, I know I do it.

It looks like a developer has spent some time doing this as a new game called Gyro Skate has made its way onto the App Store. Gyro Skate allows folks to open up the app, pretend their iPhone is a skateboard, and do real skateboarding tricks by flipping the device in the correct manner.

Using the gyroscope, players can do tricks like kickflips or 360 flips using only their phone. No this goes without say, but be sure to play this game on a soft surface like a pillow or the aforementioned bed or couch.

Gyro Skate can be found in the App Store $1.99 and is built in with 32 real skateboarding tricks. Check out the videos above!
