Use Vinyl Sticker For iPhone 4 can solve the antenna issue??

hi, i just bought Cement Vinyl Sticker For iPhone 4 from o-case , which fully cover the iphone, but i would like to know it can solve the antenna problme????

very nice... but to be honest i never had any antenna problems.. no more then with any of my other phones nokias iphones sonys
