If orange has blacklisted the IMEI then the only way to get round it is to change the motherboard to change your IMEI...

I bought unlocked iphone 3gs to use it with Tmobile, the phone is loosing service and show iTunes sign when battery drop below 75% charge. Any help to restore the phone and reunlock again or any other solution to fix it
