Unlocking iPhone 4S , Are these unlocking sites legit?

So i really need to unlock my iphone 4 S, and found that their is no jailbreak available yet. What is up with all these sites offering a safe unlock for abour 20 bucks, like the one i posted below? Are these sites legit and do they work? if not are there any other options?

No. These sites are not legit. There is no way to unlock the 4s at time of posting this.

Never trust these sites. Any jailbreak or unlock will be all over these forums if/when they become available AND WILL ALWAYS BE FREE!...

No iPad 2 and no iPhone 4s yet if you think there is a jailbreak out always check here first. If there is one out it will be posted right away.
