Unlock carrier iOS 7.1.2 (iPhone 4)

Hello.

Is there are way to unlock iOS 7.1.2 iPhone 4 carrier to use any SIM Card country free not buying any non-Sim card which unlocker whit IMEI or factori? The 3G-3GS is unlocked carrier by UltrasnOw but iPhone 4 iOS 7.1.2 how to unlock carrier for free? Pleas hellp me, i am in new country and can't send or call whit iphone 4

Unfortunately, after the initial release of the iPhone 4 in 2009 (with Baseband 1.59.00) we've been unable to unlock iPhones via ultrasn0w. Since then unlockers have resorted to Sim card interposers for unlocking purposes. Those, however, rely on your iPhone to be on a compatible Baseband and iOS version. Now it has come to a point where unlocks are only available via your wireless provider and/or through 3rd party unlocking services. The original wireless provider more often than not will unlock your iDevice if it is out of contract. 3rd party services are NEVER free.
