Unknown Error has occurred

Have the iPhone 4s since The end of January. I started getting the above error on Friday when I tried to download an app update. I have tried several things deleting app from iPhone and iTunes and backing up to iCloud shutting phone down etc and now I can't download any apps and keep getting the above error.

Any thoughts?

Sign out of your apple I'd from your device and sign back in see if this helps if not post back with these details of your device
