Unique problem, getting into my iPhone.

So, I dropped my iPhone awhile back and hit had a huge crack, but it still worked so it was no big deal. Now, (of course) I got some water in it and some parts of the touchpad don't work so I can't get pass my lock. Is there a way get through the lock without resetting it, because I do know the passcode. I also do not have iCloud cuz I was too lazy to set it up, stupid me.
I know that warranty doesn't cover any of this.
Also, does restoring reset the application data? Because I have the Blizzard Authenticator, which is specific to my iPhone and Bnet account. (I'm a gamer)
