Unable to open a bookmarked Web App successfully on iPhone Home Screen

Having problems opening a "Saved Web App" from my Home Screen. There is an embedded iFrame inside the Web App. I can save it to the Home Screen but when I go to open the page, it keeps coming back saying it can not be opened because the server cannot be found. The options are "Retry" or "Close". Regardless, the page will not open fully even though can see movement inside the iFrame. Can some please give me advice on this issue I'm having. I think you need to write to the developers for the App.

The developers of the App are not the problem .. it is Apple. The HTML code works correctly in iFrame. It just not want to hold up to opening up when you open the URL ...very strange.

I tried it and while the page opens properly if you enter the URL into the search box in Safari, it won't open from a home screen bookmark.
