Unable to add appointments changes through Outlook

I have no problem receiving appts. and adding them to my calendar through Outlook, however if another recipient or the sender makes a change to the original appt. and sends an update, I receive the original e-mail with out any changes to it.Everything changes on my pc and laptop without a problem.Occasionally the update will include the new info but I am not offered the option to add that info to the calender. I am the only one in the office with this issue. Any suggestions?
