Uable to add exhange account with admin rights :(

I am trying to add my work exchange account to my iphone. I am a network admin therefor I have admin rights which from what I have been told is giving me the issue. I am able to create the account but am receiving an error stating cannot connect to the server. Anyone know a work around for this?

I am hooked to 2 exchange accounts. Is it possible you have to have a certain data plan to use exchange?

I doubt it I have two email accounts that I manage My own which I have admin rights on and a helpdesk account which does not have admin rights. I am able to add the helpdesk exchange account without any issues at all
