Transfer App to another ipod

I have the app Sonic & Sega all star racing on my ipod which I downloaded for free, which is now money, I want to transfer it to my friend's ipod. How should I go about doing this?[h=1][/h]

You can't. Only iDevices that are keyed to the same AppleID can share apps.
