ipod touch to iphone transfer!

Hi everyone!
I have two ipods, but I'm getting two iphones. One of the ipods is jailbroken. Is there a way to transfer everything I have on my ipods to the future iphones?

As I know nothing about jailbreaking I'll suggest this.

Back up the stock iPod then set up the phones from the backup rather than as a new phone.

Afaik, you can then jailbreak it if you choose, but better be quick. Ios6 will close the JB window for a while.

Ok that's good advice.
I don't mind losing the JB. I'm looking forward to iOS 6!
