totally forgot id & icloud password

hi guys..

need your help. i just bought an iphone 6plus from my friend. he totally forgot his apple id password, icloud password. any idea to solve this problem?
even the touch id also problem.

anyone can help me? pls advice.

I’m afraid that there’s no way to bypass the problem. You should return the iPhone to your friend and get your money back as the iPhone will be useless if your friend can’t remember his passwords. Does he no longer use an iPhone?
