Themes fully functional for 4.21

Did 4.21 change anything that would cause some themes not to be fully function? A few I have download have been a bit buggy.

Please share anyone themes you know of that are fully functional for 4.21.

well maybe some themes arent fully optimized yet, or the developers didnt tweak them to work on 4.2.1 yet, this goes on with every new firmware that comes out basically
