Theme in top Right Corner

Does anyone know what theme or theme/widget combo is used to make the one in the top right corner of every page on this forum?

or is it just a photoshop jpg that isnt even something that exists?

It appears to be a LockInfo theme, but I don't know exactly what theme it is. Hopefully that can point you a little farther in the right direction.

Its real. Its called Element and is found in Cydia. It installs as a Cydget. Dont know what version it will run on. Dont think it has been updated for iphone 4 or ios 4. Not sure if i can post a link but try this Element Lockscreen Now Available in Cydia! | Apple iPhone School

You are correct it is not available for iphone-4, And no mention on if it will be or not.... that sucks its a nice looking app.
